The parent company of Irish organic food company Bunalun, National Organics, has been sold for an undisclosed amount to Bellingham Capital.
As reported by Irish weather, the company headquartered in Bray achieved a turnover of around 22 million euros for 2020 and employs 43 people.
National Organics co-founder and CEO Kieran Dunne is reportedly staying on.

Dunne reportedly said: “Having built a strong business in Ireland, we now look forward to developing Bunalun’s customer base in international markets and are delighted to be working with BellCap in support of this goal.”
This would be the first investment by Bellingham Capital, which was founded by former ABP Food Group leader Mark Goodman in 2021. It would focus on investing in agribusiness, food industry and retail. renewable projects in Ireland and the UK.
